Casper Mobile App

MegaByte Inc is an app development company in Bangalore that specializes in offering Android and iOS app solutions to a diverse clientele. They wanted to develop a special kind of mobile app that has a hidden chat feature. They wanted that the chat feature be displayed as a calculator until the app user enters the authorized PIN to use the main chatting app.

We discussed the app requirements with them and offered our suggestions to use the right tech stack for mobile app development.

Keeping the tight budgets in mind, we suggested to use the Jitsi Meet library for voice and video calling features. The library is open-source and free to use so it didn’t cost the client extra money to use it in the app. Most importantly, we suggested to use a cross platform framework for their app development to keep the costs in check. Hence, we built the Casper mobile app using the very trending Flutter framework.

The final version of the Casper mobile app includes the following features:

• A Handy Calculator App
• Voice & Video Call Functionality
• Can customize the app using different colors, fonts, and languages
• User can't take screenshot or record screen in the app which secures their chats and data
